Returns and Exchanges

Before contacting us with a request for a return or credit, please review our policies below.

Any item in 'NEW' condition may be returned for exchange or credit within 10 days of the order shipment date. Please contact us by telephone for prompt handling of your request. We will issue a return authorization to ensure proper credit to your account. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchanges. You can return or exchange an item by mail or in our retail store. Certain discounted, closeout, and/or seasonal items may not be returnable.
Restocking fees: In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible we must charge restocking fees on returned merchandise as ordered. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returnable items. Any returned items will be marked as returned and sold below regular price. Fees are required b/c credit card companies charge fees based on the % of the sale and the credit. Also a great deal of time is required to inspect returns and list them. Furthermore must customers are not willing to pay full price for a returned product. Please make sure you know what you are ordering as shipping costs and restocking fees can be expensive.
Return or exchange to a store:

Returning or exchanging your purchase in our retail store is fast and easy. Just bring in your items, the credit card used (if applicable) and the invoice that came with your order. We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged in the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges, unless the wrong item was shipped or it arrived damaged).

Some items purchased online are not sold in our stores. If this is the case, you can either exchange them by mail or return them to our store for a refund.

Returning website purchases by mail:

To return your website purchase by mail, please follow the steps below:

  1. Write a note or letter containing the following information:
    • Name, address, daytime phone number.
    • Photocopy of the invoice (keep original for your records). Reimbursement will be in the same method as initial payment. Note: If you do not provide a photocopy of the invoice, a merchandise credit will be issued for the last-marked selling price.
    • Let us know if you want to return or exchange the item(s), and the reason why.
  2. Package the merchandise and letter securely in a quality container.
  3. Mail the package back, insured mail, to the address below

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling charges). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
Please Note:
You must meet certain requirements to return a product.

1)Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

2)On most new equipment(unless otherwise noted), items may be returned for a refund (minus freight charges) within 10 DAYS of date of delivery, provided the items are returned to us freight pre-paid and AS NEW.

3)No merchandise SHIPPED AS ORDERED may be returned without authorization and there is a 20% restocking fee on returned items. We reserve the right to not accept a return of a used item.

4)Ammunition cannot be returned at all, as we have no control over how it has been stored or handled.

5)Returning firearms: Once a firearm or air gun is fired it is a used gun. Any problems with "accuracy" or "satisfaction" are between you and the manufacturer. Please research your purchases. We do not accept returns for used or fired guns as we do not sell used or fired guns on this site. We have this policy because we do not want customers to buy guns to "try them out" and return them. Obviously if we allowed people to return fired guns there would be nothing to stop people from buying numerous guns just to try them out. We are not a "rent a gun" or "loan a gun" store. Furthermore we cannot accepted returned fired guns as we would have no control over safety, as the person returning it could have done something to the gun to make it unsafe without our knowledge.
